Custom formalwear is FINAL SALE. We produce exactly what you submit and approve. Deposits are non-refundable. Fit issues must be reported within 72 hours of delivery. Weight or body changes after sizing submission are the client's responsibility. Rush orders (under 30 days) require full payment upfront. Standard production is 6–8 weeks.
