The Terms
PLVY is a design house, not a tailor. There are no in-person fittings, measuring appointments, or alterations — you get professionally measured where you are, send your measurements, and we design and build from exactly what you send. Measurement accuracy is 100% client responsibility. Custom formalwear is FINAL SALE. All prices are starting rates — final quote set at consult. Wedding packages require a signed wedding contract. 50% deposit at booking, non-refundable. Each member's balance is due when their measurements are submitted — sizes are not processed until paid. PLVY may set earlier deadlines for parties of 10+ suits at consult. Production does not begin until payment requirements are met. Production time: 1–2 suits, 2–3 weeks · 3–5 suits, 4–5 weeks · 6+ suits, 6–8 weeks. Events within 30 days are rush orders: +$50 per suit, 100% payment upfront, subject to availability. Size surcharge of +$50 per garment applies for clients over 250 lbs. Try-on required within 72 hours of delivery. Accepted: Apple Pay · Venmo · Website (tax + shipping apply).
⚠ ALL measurements and final payments are due SIX WEEKS before the wedding. Sizes submitted late cannot be built. No exceptions.
