Read this. Or don’t. Just know what you’re stepping into.
1. WHO WE ARE
This isn’t just a store. This is a movement. PLVY is here to disrupt, not cater. Every piece is designed to say something. If you’re not into statements, this probably ain’t for you.
2. ORDERING
Once you click buy, you’re in. We don’t cancel orders because you changed your mind. We don’t do maybes. We do bold.
- Custom pieces? Final. No edits. No takebacks.
- Make sure your address is right. You mess that up? That’s on you.
3. SHIPPING
We ship fast and flat. That’s $10 expedited shipping no matter what.
Expect 4–8 business days unless the universe says otherwise.
4. RETURNS
You’ve got 3 days after delivery to request one.
Only if it’s unworn, untagged, and untouched.
And no, “just tried it on once” doesn’t count.
Customs? No returns. Ever.
5. OWNERSHIP
All designs, logos, phrases, and product images belong to PLVY. Don’t steal our s**t.
6. YOUR INFO
We don’t sell your data. Ever. But if you tag us in your fit?
Yeah, we might repost you. You’ve been warned (and appreciated).
